At Sandia National Laboratories, Jeffrey spearheaded the development of Sandia's first Extended Life Program (ELP), securing over $15 million annually to sustain and enhance sensitive equipment operations. His tenure at Honeywell Aerospace included directorial oversight of Boeing platforms such as the B1, B52, and F15, where he consistently exceeded revenue forecasts.
