Viceroy was founded in 2018 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, by entrepreneurs Caleb Cobos and Bretton Fischer. Driven by a shared vision, they set out to build a government contracting company rooted in quality, innovation, and client-focused service.

Bringing together expertise in business management, logistics, and engineering, Caleb and Bretton recognized a gap in the market: the need for a contractor that could deliver high-quality goods and services with agility and a personal touch.
