Viceroy NM began in Albuquerque, New Mexico with a clear goal: help organizations move faster and operate better in demanding environments. Co-founders Caleb Cobos and Bretton Fischer started by supporting government teams through procurement and logistics — getting the right resources to the right place with reliability, clear documentation, and follow-through.
That early work provided a front-row view of the friction that slows missions down: disconnected systems, manual processes, and workflows built around paperwork instead of outcomes. Those lessons shaped what came next — an expansion into software development, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to modernize the processes behind procurement, operations, and decision-making.
