Viceroy NM was founded in 2018 in Albuquerque, New Mexico with a clear goal: help organizations move faster and operate better in demanding environments. Co-founders Caleb Cobos and Bretton Fischer started by supporting government teams through procurement and logistics, getting the right resources to the right place with reliability, clear documentation, and follow-through.
That early work provided a front-row view of the friction that slows missions down: disconnected systems, manual processes, and workflows built around paperwork instead of outcomes. Those lessons shaped what came next, an expansion into software development, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to modernize the processes behind procurement, operations, and decision-making. In 2023 we formed Trunnion AI as our enterprise software and applied AI subsidiary, building the proprietary multi-agent orchestration framework that now powers our software portfolio.
Today, Viceroy NM serves 19+ federal agencies as both a procurement partner and a technology builder. As a registered ATF dealer, we deliver everything from ammunition to AI, with the same mindset that started it all: earn trust through execution, stay close to the mission, and build solutions that hold up in the real world.
